Run belows in terminal:

   1.#sudo apt-get install python-software-properties pkg-config
   2.#sudo add-apt-repository ppa:team-xbmc
   3.#sudo apt-get update
   4.#sudo apt-get install xbmc xbmc-standalone
   5.#sudo apt-get update

Alternative process for step 3.

   If it can not update for apt after command(add-apt-repository ppa:team-xbmc),
   please add belows to /etc/apt/source.list.
